Seminar participation

To executives from industry, retail trade and wholesale, service and administration. Project managers who lead project participants for a limited time are also very welcome.

Generally, a Synercube Leadership takes place every 3 months. You should register as early as possible, as a lot of organization is necessary. Current dates can be found in the schedule overview. You can register via your internal personnel development department, directly using our registration form or by email to info@synercube.com.

It works very well. The advantage is that everyone has similar experiences at the same time and can thus optimize implementation in the workplace. Small groups are formed during the seminar. Participants of one company are divided into different small groups. Additionally, direct colleagues should not work in the same group.

In general, you will receive a package with the following content about 5 weeks prior to your seminar:

- personal letter with information on your individual pre-work process

- seminar folder containing both the pre-work and seminar material

- a personal copy of the book "LEEadership with Synercube" by A. Zankovsky and C. von der Heiden (2018, Springer Vieweg)

- seminar schedule

If desired you can also receive and work on all the pre-work material digitally.

We offer the entire pre-work process for all standard seminars (Synercube Leadership, Synercube Leader's Compass and  Synercube Teamwork).

A simple note when registering for the seminar is sufficient. You will receive individual, password-protected access to our eLearning platform, which has all pre-work activities ready.
